Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 7–20 business days depending on your location in South Africa. All orders include tracking information which will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.
